Mindfulness meditation is a practice that helps individuals cultivate a present-moment awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. This program is designed to introduce participants to the principles and techniques of mindfulness meditation and provide a space for them to practice and deepen their understanding. During each session, participants will be guided through a series of mindfulness meditation exercises, including breath awareness, body scanning, and mindful movement. These exercises are designed to help participants develop the skills and awareness needed to remain present and grounded, even in the midst of challenging situations. The program will also include discussions on the benefits of mindfulness meditation, such as reducing stress, improving focus and concentration, and increasing emotional regulation. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and receive support from the facilitator and other group members. No prior meditation experience is necessary to participate in this program. All are welcome to join and explore the practice of mindfulness meditation in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
